We want you to feel comfortable giving an EndFatigue supplement a fair try. If you’re not satisfied with your first purchase of a product, you can request a refund within 90 days of your original purchase date—even if you’ve finished the bottle.

In other words, you don’t have to make a snap decision after just a few servings. Give the product a fair chance. And if it still isn’t right for you, we’ll refund the product purchase price.

Terms & Conditions

We’ve kept the rules as simple as we can. To make the guarantee fair for everyone, the following terms apply:

• 90-Day Guarantee: Your refund request must be made within 60 days of your original purchase date.
• First-Time Purchases: The guarantee applies to your first purchase of each individual product or combo pack. If you purchase more than one of the same item at the same time, or later reorder that product, additional bottles must be returned unopened and sealed to qualify for a refund.
• Product Price Refund: We will refund the purchase price of the eligible product. U.S. orders ship free, so there is no original shipping charge to refund. For international orders, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return-shipping costs, when applicable, are also non-refundable.
• Fair-Use Policy: EndFatigue reserves the right to limit or deny refund requests when there is a pattern of misuse or abuse of the guarantee.

How to Request a Refund

If a product doesn’t work out for you, just let us know. We’ve made the refund process simple:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer care team at CustomerService@endfatigue.com or call Cheryl at 800-333-5287, Monday through Friday, 12 noon – 4 p.m. Eastern Time.
2. Provide Your Order Information: Please include your name, order number, and the product for which you are requesting a refund. If you’re willing, we’d also appreciate a brief note about your experience. Your feedback helps us understand what is—and isn’t—working for our customers.
3. Receive Your Refund: Once we verify your request, we’ll send the eligible product refund back to your original payment method, generally within 3 to 5 business days.
