What Does "Subscribe to Auto Ship" Mean?

Buying on subscription ("Auto Ship") is the most convenient and cheapest way for you to get the supplements you like to regularly order.  We automatically ship you a resupply of any items you want each month (or every other month depending on which schedule you choose). We also give you a 10% discount on those subscription orders (applied during checkout). You can change the items in your subscription, change your schedule, or pause it if you aren't ready for a new supply. You can cancel it any time you want.
