Recommendations: This item consists of three products: 1) Fatigued to Fantastic™ Energy Revitalization Drink Mix, 2) Red Ginseng (HRG80™) Energy Chewable Tablets, and 3) Dr. T's Smart Energy System™. These three products can each be consumed at doses where 1 bottle of each supplies either a one-month supply or a two-month supply. You can vary each according to the recommended dosage ranges shown for the individual products:
To take as a two-month supply (normal use):
This is the lower dose approach and what Dr. T recommends that you should try first to make sure you don't become "overly-energized." This makes the bundle a two-month supply:
- Energy Revitalization Drink Mix: Take 1/2 level scoop daily mixed with a beverage. Note: Though the powder labeling shows a recommended daily dose of 1 scoop a day, Dr. Teitelbaum (who formulated the ingredients in this product) designed it to work very well at 1/2-1 scoop a day. So 1/2 scoop is reasonable for those who want to extend the use for 2 months.
- Red Ginseng (HRG80™): Take 1/2 tablet daily. Note: As with the powder, although the recommended dosing on the box for the HRG80 says 1 chewable tablet a day, many people (including Dr. T) take just 1/2 tablet a day and find that to be optimal, even as some do better with 1-2 a day.
- Smart Energy System™: Take 1 five-gram scoop of the D-Ribose and two Smart Energy Capsules in the morning.
Dosing for the bundle to last one month (maximum impact):
If you do well on the two-month supply, consider increasing to the one-month supply dosage (or somewhere in between based on what feels optimally energizing to you):
- Energy Revitalization Drink Mix: Take 1 level scoop daily mixed with a beverage.
- Red Ginseng (HRG80™): Take 1 tablet daily (can even go higher).
- Smart Energy System™: Take one five-gram scoop of the D-Ribose and two Smart Energy Capsules in the morning. Repeat this dose in the early afternoon.

What If I’m Not Ready for a Re-Order?
Not a problem. If you aren’t ready for your next renewal, simply click the "Pause" button in your subscription or change your next renewal to a different date (both options are located at "Account > Subscription (Auto Ship) Orders > your subscription"). We also send you an email a couple of days before each upcoming subscription renewal to remind you that it’s shipping soon.
How Do I Sign Up?
When adding an item to your cart, simply select the "Subscribe to Auto Ship" option and choose how frequently you want it refilled. We’ll ship your 1st order immediately and then begin renewing it on the schedule you chose. And you can cancel it at any time from from withn your account.
How to Change an Existing Subscription
After placing a subscription order, you can still change pretty much anything about it — ship date, renewal frequency (1 month vs. 2 months), quantity, add or remove items from the subscription, pause it until your ready for another order, or cancel it.
Most options are obvious. Just go to your "Account" and select "Subscription (Auto Ship) Orders" and you’ll see buttons to make changes to your subscription.
Changing Renewal Frequency or Quantity
The option to change renewal frequency or quantity might seem a little unusual. Here’s how to do it: Click the button "Change renewal frequency or quantity." This will take you to the product listing for the item you want to make changes to. Select the new renewal frequency and/or quantity you want and then click the "Subscribe to Auto Ship" button as if you’re purchasing it for the first time. This will put the item in your cart with your changes. Next, go to your cart and go all the way through checkout as though you were buying the item again. When you do, you’ll see a “Switch Subscription” button instead of “Submit Order.” Click that. You will not be charged anything for this. In fact, if you look at the "Cart Totals" section on the page, you’ll see that it shows "$0.00" (the only dollar amounts shown are simply showing what your charges will be on your next subscription renewal date).
