Buying on subscription ("Auto Ship") is the most convenient and cheapest way for you to get the supplements you like to regularly order.  We automatically ship you a reorder of any items you want each month (or every other month depending on which renewal schedule you prefer) while also giving you 10% off on your order.

What Happens if I Subscribe to an Item That’s on Sale?

You’ll receive the 10% discount off the sale price for your initial purchase. However, after the sale ends, your future renewal purchases will be 10% off the regular price.

What If I’m Not Ready for a Re-Order?

Not a problem. If you aren’t ready for your next renewal, simply click the "Pause" button in your subscription or change your next renewal to a different date (both options are located at "Account > Subscription (Auto Ship) Orders > your subscription"). We also send you an email a couple of days before each upcoming subscription renewal to remind you that it’s shipping soon.

How Do I Sign Up?

When adding an item to your cart, simply select the "Subscribe to Auto Ship" option and choose how frequently you want it refilled. We’ll ship your 1st order immediately and then begin renewing it on the schedule you chose. And you can cancel it at any time from from withn your account.

How to Change an Existing Subscription

After placing a subscription order, you can still change pretty much anything about it — ship date, renewal frequency, quantity, add or remove items from the subscription, pause it until your ready for another order, or cancel it.

Most options are obvious. Just go to your "Account" and select "Subscription (Auto Ship) Orders" and you’ll see buttons to make changes to your subscription.

Changing Renewal Frequency or Quantity

The option to change renewal frequency or quantity might seem a little unusual. Here’s how to do it: Click the button "Change renewal frequency or quantity." This will take you to the product listing for the item you want to make changes to. Select the new renewal frequency and/or quantity you want and then click the "Subscribe to Auto Ship" button as if you’re purchasing it for the first time. This will put the item in your cart with your changes. Next, go to your cart and go all the way through checkout as though you were buying the item again. When you do, you’ll see a “Switch Subscription” button instead of “Submit Order.” Click that. You will not be charged anything for this. In fact, if you look at the "Cart Totals" section on the page, you’ll see that it shows "$0.00" (the only dollar amounts shown are simply showing what your charges will be on your next subscription renewal date).
